We provide comprehensive services as regards amicable collection of receivables by means of amicable activities. We handle restructuring processes of debtors and we are able to offer, for selected cases, the debt refinancing process. We have an in-house Call Center located on the territory of Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia, supported by modern IT solutions, allowing effective, automated management of the movement of connections and the work of consultants. For the needs of collection campaigns implemented by us, on a current basis, we develop personalized scenarios of conversations dedicated to individual segments of portfolios as well as groups of debtors. The high quality of conversations is ensured by the division of internal control and all conversations are recorded. Our employees are trained on a regular basis and they undergo competence tests.
