Cooperation of Kredyt Inkaso and AgioFunds in respect to investments on the CEE markets.

Kredyt Inkaso and AgioFunds have signed an agreement under which they will operate jointly on the market of receivables. The Fund will invest in debt portfolios in the region of CEE and Kredyt Inkaso will provide their comprehensive service. Investors will be able to purchase units of participation based on the new product. This is the first product which will allow Polish investors to capitalize on foreign debt portfolios.

We want to very strongly enter this segment of activity. The Funds have financial means at their disposal and they are ready to invest in receivables. They need a trusted partner, who will ensure comprehensiveness of services, starting with the choice of an investment objective, through implementation of an investment and liquidation of a portfolio.
We want to be their partner who will manage the debt portfolio purchased by a specific Fund. This is the first agreement of this kind and soon we will propose a solution, where Kredyt Inkaso will also be a co-investor. Kredyt Inkaso has already developed a proper infrastructure, competences as well as resources on the selected CEE markets thanks to which it can offer to potential partners the comprehensive service of receivables, both retail, corporate and mortgage regardless of whether the portfolio is purchased in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria or Russia. We have investment capabilities but it's due to common investments with the Funds that we are capable of servicing much greater portfolios than if we did it on our own - said Paweł Szewczyk, the President of Kredyt Inkaso.

In the opinion of President Szewczyk, on the Polish market of receivables, sooner or later, there will appear international players who will want to use services of companies such as Kredyt Inkaso, which offer comprehensive services of portfolios on a given market. First portfolios to be managed by Kredyt Inkaso on behalf of AgioFunds will be purchased in Romania.

It's a very far-reaching market which is developing fast. We already enjoy a good reputation there and we have a selected team of people experienced in the field. We are being invited by banks to all tenders, where only few companies are our competition. In Romania we are presently servicing portfolios of the value of approximately 300 million PLN. We would like it that at the end of our financial year 2013/2014 (ending on 31 March 2014) the share of the Romanian market in our revenues exceeds 10 percent. - said Paweł Szewczyk, the President of Kredyt Inkaso.
